Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReadySetSeen (operated by Dolan Enterprises LLC) collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). Brand data you choose to add: name, phone, company, NMLS number, headshot, logo, QR links, and saved agent-partner profiles. Content you upload or import: listing photos and details, your own photos and video recordings, scripts, and voice samples if you use voice cloning. Usage data: renders created, credits used, and estimated processing costs, used to operate billing and prevent abuse. Billing: payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

Your content is used for one purpose: generating the videos, images, and marketing materials you request. Your email is used for login, verification, receipts, and important service messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos, voice, or likeness to train AI models or to create content you didn't request.

3. AI and service providers

To generate your content, the relevant pieces of it are processed by the third-party AI and rendering providers that power the Service (script generation, voice synthesis, presenter animation, background removal, image enhancement, and video assembly), and by Stripe for payments and our email provider for service emails. These providers process your content to fulfil your requests, under their own privacy and security terms.

4. Voice cloning consent

Voice samples are uploaded only when you choose to create a cloned voice, and the resulting voice is available only to your account. Only clone a voice that is yours or that you have clear permission to use. You can delete a cloned voice by contacting us.

5. Retention

Finished videos and files in your Library are automatically deleted after a limited period (currently 7 days). Uploaded photo batches held in temporary memory are cleared automatically within hours. Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm (scrypt), sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and the Service is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure — use a unique password.

7. Your choices

You can update or remove your brand data in the app at any time. You can request account deletion — along with your stored content and cloned voices — by emailing us. We'll complete verified requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Children

The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
